Large-diameter butterfly valve features and performance.
New large-diameter butterfly valve material: cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, good corrosion resistance. Low-temperature resistance and anti-freezing passability qualified: 2 hours operation at -42℃, pressure valve disc, vacuum valve disc and sealing ring are no deformation phenomenon. Fully meet the standard requirements. Continuous operation at room temperature 36℃ for 72 hours, 10,000 times, no signs of wear and tear on the contact surface of pressure valve disc, vacuum valve disc and guide rod, and no jamming on the lift of the guide rod.
Maintenance and repair:
In order to ensure the performance of the new large diameter butterfly valve to achieve the purpose of full use. The butterfly valve is inspected and maintained in half a year.
(1) Check whether the pressure valve disc and vacuum valve disc are flexible in action, and whether there is any damage to the contact of the valve ring of the guide rod.
2）When reinstalling the pressure valve disc, just make sure that the contact surface should be tight and the guide rod should be flexible in lifting and lowering.
(3) When enabling the new butterfly valve, the anti-vibration material between the valve discs must be cleared.
